Withie ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you use the Withie mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect To provide our couple-sharing features, we collect the following information:

• Account Information: Email address, nickname, and profile picture.
• Couple Content: Photos (4-cut photos, moments), anniversary dates, and messages shared between you and your paired partner.
• Location Data: To calculate and display the distance between you and your partner, we collect your GPS location data.
• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for app functionality and notifications.
• Camera and Photo Library: We require access to your device's camera and photo gallery to allow you to take, upload, and share 4-cut photos and moments.
• Usage and Diagnostic Data: We may collect anonymous crash reports and app performance data via Google Firebase to improve the App’s stability and user experience.

2. Detailed Location Tracking Policy Withie requires "Always Allow" location permission to provide real-time distance updates between partners. However, we strictly limit collection to protect your privacy and battery:

• Foreground: While the App is open and active, we check your location approximately every 5 minutes.
• Background: If the App is moved to the background, we continue to check your location for a maximum of 30 minutes.
• Automatic Stop: After 30 minutes in the background, all location tracking strictly stops until you reopen the App.
• Purpose: This data is used solely to show the distance between paired partners and is never shared with third parties or used for advertising.

3. How We Use Your Information We use the collected data to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App's features.
• Facilitate the sharing of photos and moments between you and your partner.
• Calculate and display the distance between partners.
• Send push notifications (e.g., when your partner uploads a new moment).
• Process in-app purchases and subscriptions via Apple.
